In keeping with tradition, we set up a cakesmash photoshoot at home for Patty on her birthday. For Katie’s last cake smash, we set it up on the floor and had to clean up a lot of things afterwards. This time around, I wanted to make it easier for all of us, with as little mess as possible.
I didn’t even bother with decorating a cake. I just bought a nice and yummy looking one from the supermarket. As she is not so mobile right now, we only put her on the dining table and let her play with the cake.
Patty got tired of the cake easily, so our session was quite short. It was such an easy clean up for us.
This will probably be the last cakesmash we’ll be doing. I’m glad we did it for both girls.
