We are on Day 11 of Level 4 Lockdown. John had previously cancelled our second snow trip originally scheduled for this weekend. Thankfully, he just had a reservation, so no cash was lost.
We have been doing all sorts of things at home to keep the girls occupied. Aside from the daily walk outside, I take out some toys that they have not seen or played with in a while. Like this magnetic house from K-Mart. Patty always asks me what-if questions: “What if I put the bed in the living room, Mummy?”, “What if the washing machine is in the kitchen?”. I try to answer as best as I could to explain, that some things need to be in their proper place. And then she asks the “Why” questions, and that’s an hour or so of conversation right there.
