There’s only 100 days before the end of this year. We tend to forget how time just flies by with all the things going on in our lives. I had so many things I wanted to do in 2022, but by fate or procrastination (on my end), I’ve managed to tick off just a few of them. When I look at the long list of my To-Dos for the year, I get overwhelmed and also disapppointed that I haven’t put in the effort to accomplish my tasks. Enter “Four Simple Things” before 2022 ends. This is something that I learned many years ago. Here’s a quick guide on how to do it.
I’ve been doing “Four Simple Things” for a couple of years now, and it’s always helped me focus on what I want to achieve towards the year-end. It’s quite simple, just take a look at your long list of things to do, try to determine four things you want to really, really prioritize, and set clear actions to take to accomplish them. Your “Four Simple Things” should be action-oriented, so that you get motivated to reach your goals.
Here’s my Four Simple Things from today until the end of 2022.
Read 20 pages of my book.
Walk or exercise for 30 minutes everyday.
Allot 1 hour of my time doing work related to my blog.
Spend 30 minutes reading my devotional.
How about you? What’s your “Four Simple Things” before 2022 ends? I hope you leave a comment and share! We can be accountable to each other that way.
