July was quite a busy month at home. The kids had their school holidays, we had family visiting, and just the regular wheels of life turning. I feel like I’ve got a very full plate these days, but there is just enough time for me to pursue the things that I’d like to do.

Week 26:  A Friday spent with the Lifegroup to send off a family moving to Australia. It is sad for friends to leave but also we are happy for the opportunities they are receiving.

Week 27: A celebration of life coming into the world. A baby shower for one of our friends.

Week 28: Spending the last few days with the Saguns before they leave for Australia.

Week 29: Our family visited us from Australia and we spent a weekend in the Wairarapa. This was Patty’s first time at Stonehenge Aotearoa. As you can see, Katie was not up to exploring the place.

Week 30: It’s been a while since we’ve visited the Weta Cave, a spot for Lord of the Rings fans. I think this was also Patty’s first time to see the trolls in front of the cave.
