This week’s highlight is my birthday. I wanted a day by myself, just doing things I like to do. But Katie had to stay home from school, and I ended up keeping her entertained. Oh well. I guess I’ll choose another day for me-time. John and the girls bought me flowers and cake for a simple celebration at home.
